If we do a comparison to the max allowable dose for Pluvicto, you have a 7.6 GBq dose, or 7.6 billion disintegrations of 177Lu per second. If Clarity continue to prove safe at 12 GBq, that’s an additional 4.4 billion disintegrations per second and a helluva a lot more energy deposited on the tumour.

Now there are other factors of course, 67Cu and 177Lu have different decay profiles (though not vastly different), meaning the energy deposited on the surface of the tumour with each disintegration is not the same. But, they’re fairly comparable, so achieving a dose more than 50% higher should generate great results. Also, 67Cu-SAR-bisPSMA has demonstrated fantastic binding efficiency (which actually improved over time). So personally, I think both those factors make this product really special and potent.

Although, as I said before, I don’t really see how it can get much better from here in terms of results! Undetectable PSAs and vanishing tumours is pretty mind boggling!
