I agree with this. There is still the better part of $850k due to come in before the 6th of February. My understanding is that the $300k advance on the R&D refund will be received within the next week.
That leaves around $1m of cash in the bank in the next few weeks.
This is of course not factoring any upfront payments which may come as result of the next contract.
SHG should have enough cash to last the QTR, sign more contracts and raise at a much higher price then current levels.
