The conundrum that Olsen has is the only way out is for him to get a takeover offer and he is hoping to build up to that with sales etc over the next couple or so years however that is not acting in the best interest of the loyal shareholders that have been shafted here for years !
Publc companies need performance in share price here and now not an exit plan for the CEO who knows he can only exit in this way whilst collecting his fat wages that aren’t aligned to performance!
