Yes, much more optimistic. A company insider/founder paying a 66.67% premium to today's closing price. Lots of exciting sounding stuff in the update (as usual, and which everyone is sceptical of), but I don't think this can be interpreted as anything other than bullish. Unless they're crazy. They're surely either crazy or very confident good times are ahead.
