It's very sustainable for a growth stock, the market is forward looking so is valuing this in anticipation of future performance. Of course if the performance deteriorates the market will negatively rerate this, but as long as it continue to perform in line with or above expectations it'll keep going up. PME is trading at an 80x revenue multiple, and has traded at a similarly high revenue multiple for many years. Many more examples of this as well.
