Processed food cooked and held in ovens… we know how that works … anything cooked nicely takes a little time, putting it all together takes a little time, fast food is not cooking, its a held product, which was never an Oliver’s thing, and that was their point of difference “fresh, real, made with care” not production line bs … just ask the customers what they want, guarantee they’d all rather wait a few mins longer to get a quality result …
