If you've gambled with penny stocks, you would know there's no 'tight' when it comes to penny stocks, there's either very obvious CR or a less obvious CR ahead. In this case, it is a very obvious one. The biger question is at what price will it happen and how much further dilution will it cause to current shareholders.
