Hi Stew------------------ on research and opinion I think the SPAC -----Directors of MSAC ?? were not of AVR's liking???
I believe basically a shelf Coy. SEC Filing for MSAC (should come up ) It is very lengthy and not all pertinent – page 13 ‘Cayman Islands’ gets a run ( a common thing I believe) and page 26 give info on the ‘share structure ‘( ?).
Also - probably not worth it but search the Directors --------------interesting
