Well it don't think it will be 10 years but it'll be longer than 2. The FDA has yet to approve a pivotal trial which hasn't yet been designed or the funding organised.
I'm guessing it will require 15-20 patients with maybe a 12 month follow up. But there could well be interim reports of progress and you never know when a partner might get interested.
