There's alot of competitors in the market in which they're in and their customer service is poor. Also when they transitioned from their head office DC to the new CFC they lost alot of customers which left in droves due to long shipping times and poor service. Revenue has dropped and also people aren't buying from them because other competitors can ship much faster and offer better after customer experience than booktopia.
