The overly generous structure of the options is ridiculous. The company made a mistake but shareholders can vote against it.
The CR at 2.5c was already overly generous. It's almost wiped 50% off the market cap of the company. Dropping the MC $40m in order to bring in a few million? and the kicker was, we were already undervalued as a company prior to the CR

how many mums and dads have finally had a gutsful over the past two years and walked away with a loss due to managements constant failure to deliver? many I'd say and that doesn't sit well with me
If I lose on a spec stock, that's just the risk you take playing this end of the market, but to see them lose by taking the same approach over and over again, that hurts
