Trinseo's contract that was meant to form a commercial agreement once all conditions/milestones met, and would've been drawn up by Ewen and David. David even said himself the contract was very clear and was unlike other MOU's that had come before it.
If we are to blame Derek for these two, how could Ewen and David misread the room so badly? we are led to believe they are smarter than that
