I don't believe Gareth is saying that. Even back in the Derek and Jack days, Gareth raised genuine concerns that they needed a commercial team. But no, Derek and Jack wanted to do it all themselves and get the glory. Instead they served shareholders a shit sandwich.
It's not Ewen or David's job to close business. It's their job to see the right people get the job done.
