The second link you posted is the ad publishing business i referred to above. The first link is the remnants of the original brag brand - started as physical street press (music magazine) and is now a music website. They are only an agency in the sense that they represent ad interests for those other sites, so they are what's termed in the media industry a publisher. They aren't a media agency as such (they don't represent the ad spends of big brands), they predominantly pitch their ad inventory to media agencies to onsell to clients.
