People still don't understand what's happening, relatively very low EARNINGS, and THAT's the first (and only for some) number that they are looking for. To those who have taken the company on trust and are much more conversant with what's happening, and what to expect, this is a super QR. Bbut, it won't attract too many new buyers, especially with 4 million + on the Sell side, followed by another 3 million. The SPP is still the diominating factor and, IMO, many of those 81 million dissenting votes are still waiting to be sold.
