But, as you say, 91 days is a long time in the market and, from what we hear, the launch would have begun and we will have another QR, if they report early like they did this time. But, maybe, if others made a similar suggestion to Idan, he IS very responsive to positive suggestions, emphasising the huge potential loss to the company, he might try a bit harder.
Frankly, for Unith to simply create a new (complementary) option, it IS thinking out of the normal square, but, with different dates and exercise price, is purely at their own discretion. Numbers wise, it won't change the current IC and dilution factor. Just some "creative" accounting, how often does THAT happen!!!!!
