I've just done some reading and linked below are the initial and annual fees. ECS is currently trading at a market cap of <$50m which places it at the cheap end of the table. Not a huge expense in the scheme of things. Are there substantial other fees additional to this?
I guess this argument could be had regarding any startup company in any industry BUT companies DO make it. I cant recall the exact figure, but someone was throwing around a stat regarding the % of ASX companies that make it to cash flow positive - a small number from memory. ECS has achieved this milestone.
