Reality check.
1/ USA prohibits any and all cannabis imports.
- allways was and forever shall be.
2/ I could be wrong but it is still my understanding that only Medical imports will be allowed into Germany even with the new legal framework.
I note that Nan's latest comments on the German legalisation have studious avoided any mention of selling into the Adult Use market there.
(There are of course still fab MC oportunities there.
- and happy to be updated if Germany's previously stated intention re banning Rec imports has changed. very very happy )
3/ Always take EVERYthing anybody forcasting a 10x growth in German medical scripts with a uteload of salt. I call this out as either totally cluelessness or total straight-out BS.
Boosting like this is a pox in this industry. Always was and, it seems, forever shall be.
