Brother, the ASX is full of companies who are suss and shows ASIC is a toothless tiger. It takes a LOT to get them to crack down and when they do it usually means the investor funds are long gone.
Look at the one forum darling MNS for example, the CEO cared more about suing posters from Hot Copper than running his company and now it's in the toilet and it took AGES for ASIC to go after the CEO. Now having looked at that, compare its chart long-term with SP8's.
