That's not them announcing actual construction commencement, all that's happened is the typical ECT reannouncing projected dates again because they've missed the ones they put out last time.
Installation of kiln was supposed to commence in Feb.
Facility installation and commissioning was supposed to commence in May.
Now it's project finance has to be raised.
