Mr Chris Collins, (NAIF, Cairns), and Mr Peter Witham, (ASIC, Brisbane) still have not responded to my emails relating to my Report of Misconduct.

For those still wondering about why the Kidston/Craven/Seshimo board may have had a motive for withholding information from the ASX and GNX shareholders about the early performance of the Bouldersome Battery they should read the linked article:-

There seems to be little doubt that the withholding of information about Bouldersome Battery helped keep the much touted VWAPs where those wanting to sell shares and those wanting to buy Genex Power Ltd wanted those figures to be, (as low as possible).
