They are a very poor management team that either does not understand capital markets or simply does not care about shareholders other than getting them to stump up for the next raise. They will get a surprise in the next raise as I would not participate unless there were significant warrants attached to offset the risk of the very poor management.

So I would say to anyone considering this stock just wait for the next raise it will definitely be lower than the current price IMO.

If you look into who 'stumped up' into the last raise I doubt BGT are even concerned about the future raises. Unfortunately for the existing shareholder base that means that they are simply nothing more than an after thought.
