I've been in touch with the company and while they can't give anything away, they were very bullish believe it or not. They were really pleased with recent sales starting to pick up in Japan and the data i think will be helping with Govt Insurance policy.
There is a reason I use Kenji as my HC name, because I spent many years in Japan and have some good friends still there helping me out. Some real standouts for me. The Govt are really keen to stop the aging of their nation. If you DYOR you will see you can buy houses in the country areas (country for Japan is still probably 10,000 people) for under $20,000. And they are great. A friend on mine just bought a house 15 minutes out of Osaka for $28k, its a little old but massive. So much history. they also believe that they will soon give away houses as there are many just empty. Population decline is a real thing. So they are really trying to ramp up birth-rates. They will be spending large sums of money to do so, if that means looking for a faster and more effective way, bet your bottom dollar they will have Felix on the register pretty quickly. Save them money and may lessen the amount of attempts = faster, cheaper, better.
We all came here for this. It's now starting and people are down hearted and feeling lost because the SP is where it is. Do you really think that Peters will let this go bust after all this time with what he has invested? The last raise we saw some quality people come on board in many areas of expertise, Drs, Farmers, Funds. Well here we are, you, I and many here were buying at much higher prices. I have sold a lot I always have said this, but now under 1c seems crazy. I am having a very good year with my small caps. My tax bill will be big, but I'm okay with that, cause it means I've done well. I know you're vocal on MSB, but that has made me 6 figures recently from 28-9c and a free ride. 3DA the same. My next today was PPK and now I'm just waiting for PCK and MEM.
I've used some of those funds here because its just starting to ramp up. I know it's used a lot but it is a great saying when you've done your research and feel confident. I am very pro active with contacting companies I invest. I believe we are on the right path now and sooner rather than later things will pick up. That saying of course is "be greedy when others are fearful" well I've been greedy enough to now have an average of .009. but currently I'm slightly green so more like .0086? Fire sale prices, been eating up millions.
