And we would see it in the disclosure notices for directors and substantial holders, shares in lieu on top of shares on issue would create massive dilution to reach 90%. The top 20 Shareholders of EDE hold 41.72% of shares on issue including Noble and the Solomons. I am p***ed as to how they are treating their Shareholders with contempt, still being an advocate for the product and its technology but don't think they have collaborated with the influencing bodies in the concrete market. Now we are in a position were these shysters are out to rob us. Would remaining 58% of SH vote against them?
