So, buying during the CR or at the floor price soon after, as shares generally fall below the CR price, makes sense. However that very fact keeps the price low and makes the CR an even more dilutive event.

Smart money instos and top 20 will get the first look at the bulk buying at CR price, and the retail investors get a proportionality of the scraps. I know that is the way it is, but feels far removed to the postive feelings in investing in a company developing a drug that should help hundred of thousands if not millions in the next 20 years.
