where do you get money for the options ?
If I am looking at correct document on the company's third prospectus it says that these options are the one issued to M Resources then they are issued at NIL consideration so basically they pay nothing to company but they can only exercise when strike price reached !!! Is that correct understating? and if so where do you get $12m from ?
