I am not taking about strike price, what I copied above is from company's presentation which clearly says "NIL CONSIDERTION" means these are free options and only condition is that strike price should be reached prior to exercising them with a end date being sometime in 2028. So if company gives dividend then there is no reason for those free options to be exercised and it will impact amount of dividend goes out of the book.
Correct me if someone think it otherwise !
