From the Investor presentation when M Resources bought in
"Metarock and M Resources have entered into a subscription agreement which sets out the terms and conditions of the
Conditional Placement (Subscription Agreement). Pursuant to the Subscription Agreement, the Company has agreed to allot and
issue to M Resources ~166.7 million shares at an issue price of $0.15 per share and ~51.3 million options, each with an exercise
price of $0.23"
