From the March 2024 quarterly activities report. Very serious allegations. The missing funds are almost equivalent to the current market cap. I can understand why shareholders are upset. What happened here could not have been known unless you are psychic. They are still trying to work out what happened.
I believe there is an underlying viable company here once the trash is taken out hence my paricipation in the rights issue. They had over 11M revenue in the last quarter.
