When I last spoke to Wayne a couple weeks ago, he acknowledged that the company was endeavoring to improve their shareholder engagement and that I should “expect [to] see something to that effect in the coming weeks.”
So yeah, he’s well aware of the lack of info being supplied, and they’re looking to increase communications going forward to which I commended him.
As for the absent Revenue from the sale to Orta, it should be showing up in this coming Quarterly due to delays in processing, however, like the announcement said, it’s immaterial. The filing, administration and red tape between the two jurisdictions has now been smoothed over and logistically everything should be easier going forward.
