Agree with all that other than the last point. I expect he'd want too big a piece of the pie!
But the key point is spot on. We need to be chasing grants and confident we'd tick the required boxes. They are obviously the best form of non-dilutive funding available. If they're running too lean to chase these there are likely external parties that can do this on an incentive linked basis.
