I couldn't agree more on your examples and that time is money. I also thought it was well and truly ready based on comments.

I'm guessing it's the 99% to 100% (which we won't achieve) or its poor time management of resources and forward thinking to step straight into next phase but maybe rather instead they completed one stage then started planning for next stage....

Here is the kicker. We have 2 quarters cash. We need money by end of quarter to keep the 2-quarter safe range. History demonstrates we won't see anything that will impact the SP prior to incoming raise. We will have 5 bill share register and maybe another 2 quarters of spending added on. One again its likely no attempt or success to raise SP and actually get a decent balance to see through next couple years.

When we get to US will we see 10 structures completed one after the other or will we see one structure then learnings testing fine tuning then the next etc. That will very clearly demonstrate if HX is actually ready or not.
