I'm pretty confident this revenue channel is lucrative. If one client has 1000 cores @ say $32-$33 per VMware core, that's $33k new MRR with 3 Year TCV of $1.18M. The GP on that product can be calculated based on the Premier level, costs are around $27.20 per core, so that brings GP to $5 per core, that's $5K per month for minimal costs to the business for licencing and basic support. The question must be asked how many MSP will be buying from SOV, if they can add significant cores it could work out well in the long run.
EDIT: After reading the timeline the partner agreements start invoicing in May.
