Not hard for investor to calculate though, staff cost went from $2M to since the Azer-Cel acquisition mid year of $6M, $6M and $9M per quarter and I guess the R&D rebate will pay for a majority of that $13M USD in deferred consideration on closing lol. A CR is always needed if there isn't a T/O but at what pps in 8-12 months later.
