Is there anything to suggest otherwise as the reason he stated in the disclosure announcement since it was only 3% of his holding and he could have sold it when the pps was over 10c (there was a 10M buy line at 10c for weeks) and given he supposedly know there won't be any PS news for the next months, but somehow left it very late for the tax return and sold at 7.5c when there were enough volumes to sell a lot more.
