I get he is a big thinker, but mate how can you 3x the ARR, like realistically speaking? I have been saying for nearly couple of years, they have to increase the prices. It is the best way to grow the business, yes there would be churn but hey the business need cashflow.
Do a global price increase of 5% or a CPI growth rate. That way you cover some of the overhead cost and have more money for R&D instead of having shareholders bank roll quarter after quarter.
Someone should seriously ask that question of a price increase per bed.
