I get he is a big thinker, but mate how can you 3x the ARR, like realistically speaking? I have been saying for nearly couple of years, they have to increase the prices. It is the best way to grow the business, yes there would be churn but hey the business need cashflow.

I'm no way opposed to that. I think we've all pushed up our prices in whatever area we are. Last 2 years we've done 17% to cover costs.
