The raise took place faster than i anticipated. I would have liked to see the cap raise not just be set aside for working capital etc but be explicit that it’s for potential acquisitions or R&D into new innovation/revenue streams. two year run way really means one year run way to develop a more lucrative way forward or it will go into cost cutting measures.
