Let them buy in again in another years time with a Cap raise. The rest they purchase on market to own a majority share. He then dumps on market with his pals and cashes in and starts another similar fintech under a new pty ltd. Funny thing is you wouldn’t put it past them all after what’s occurred to date with missed targets, lies/dodgy dealings & circumstances.
