As I mentioned previously, I think we will find it was baked into the Private Placement, so not only did they get to buy at a cheaper rate, 1.3m of the 7 mill paid was for services already completed. Great deal for the cornerstone investor, not such as great day for holders who voted for a different agreement at the AGM. Honest question how does that work, without coming back to holders to vote on the new pricing and number of shares?
