apparently bells have compliance issues if the SP 12 months out is over double the current SP.
not suggesting they are wrong with their new assumptions, just letting u know that there are more than just fundamental reasons as to why they may have cut their price target.
agree with you ceviche on what is needed to move the SP. We will know hopefully definitively in 6-10 weeks. I'm nervous but I'm going to wait for the catalysts to drop and then decide what to do next, otherwise I'm just shooting in the dark.
