Suspect given the recent pricing history for MSB being between 30-40c, similar but slightly different reasoning on sellers.

For most shares, getting a short term 4x bagger would an excellent result and good time to sell / take the money. You have never made money until you actually sell.
Having said that, I'm holding as potential future profit is very large (still with a significant risk, until first FDA approval !!).
Time will tell if this is a smart or very dumb decision.
