now Reg, that deduction of yours about MSB's willingness to risk the cash flow reallocation IS bordering (and I mean genuine ALAN bordering) on brilliance (but I think we'll find it was more the CEO, Andrew C & the new Audit Comm'ee Chair having a chat here, rather than Jane (at least on this particular occasion)).
If I understood you correctly, the brilliant & sparkly part of your analysis is your inference - simply from the publicising of the decision by the ones accountable for money matters - that they had enough of a conviction signoff from Drs Krause & Rose on the timeline & process thro' approval to be willing to make that commitment as a Board in the MSB Quarterly Accounts.
This indicates an authentic team effort to me, as I feel sure it did to you. Very reassuring IMO.
Of course, this is all speculation on my part. DYOR fellow MSB holders.
