Novartis were supposed to ratify the contract within weeks... The claim that the Covid trial was "completed" even though it was stopped before full enrolment because it failed a futility test. Every blinded controlled trial has failed to achieve the primary end point but was represented to investors as a "success" because one of many secondary end points achieved statistical significance (providing they were not adjusted for multiplicity).
