Show me where the company has stated that tens of thousands of speakers (that have already been paid for) are being produced as we speak.

They've spent the last 4 months exploring their options for raising short term funding, including (as stated by them in Dec) looking to existing or new shareholders maybe through the issue of additional convertible notes or other debt financing. They've come up with nothing.
What other options do they have ?
