They've spent the last 4 months exploring their options for raising short term funding, including (as stated by them in Dec) looking to existing or new shareholders maybe through the issue of additional convertible notes or other debt financing. They've come up with nothing.

I'm sure you can find out for yourself when they provided they provided the funds. If you can't then that's on you.

Also, not all existing or new shareholders have had the opportunity to provide funds, surely that's obvious?
