This says nothing about 6" wafers, which did not seem to have been warped. Wider wafers probably subject to increased strain. 6" wafers sounded likely to have been OK apart from the samples taken, that may not have been representative of the batch, but likely vulnerable to the same problem. As this was at the start of the process the fault may require a new batch. That may have been the reason that the 6" FAB had to call off further work because it had other scheduled work to follow AKP's job. They could not repeat the whole job in the available time. Clearly some good additional work being put in on auxiliaries 'while we wait' for chips. No money from EM yet. Fred puts in another $150k as an interest bearing loan. Deferred payback of other holder's loans to Sept 24?, and extendable if necessary to Mar 25? That presumably provides working cash to get to GEN-II chips being delivered. It seems likely that AKP will remain in suspension until then! At which point the demos will speak for themselves about how game changing they will be. CR to be done when the GEN-II chips are able to be demo'd convincingly, so as to set a clear future path to success and profitability.

Am i reading this wrong? 750k on hand and burning 1.5m per quarter so 6 weeks of cash left? What about the 500k note that does not want to extend? Interest payments? Unless Fred is kicking in a bit the raise needs to happen pronto??
