Hey mate don’t no to much detail , but with any acquisition we are definitely in talks with similar companies to Bryan’s business accumulating cashflow positive of approximately 1 million annual , just like excite which is keeping this company on its feet .
We definitely need the share price up i do no that !
We don’t want to buy a company without the share price being higher in order to issue new shares won’t look good so I no there focus is to get the share price up!
Maybe the quartely or maybe Jeff’s team are trying to remove the cancer and impatient shareholders .
Definitely in talks of acquisitions that’s definitely on the cards, they do take time to finalise though .
