Hey Cking, when I read that article I had to do a double take to make sure I didn't miss an announcement. Seems like something they could have provided to the market via an update. As far as it being market sensitive, I'm not sure the rules but isn't it usually as a percentage of the companies market cap or if it's critical to it's business strategy etc.
