There's alot of incompetence on the asx, way too many lifestyle companies but IBX may genuinely involve fraud or other criminality. To top it off the CEO is openly looking for work on LinkedIn. He should be charged or at the very least made to pay back his ridiculous salary from the last 5 years as he took SH money for nothing. Doesn't even bloody live here which is a red flag in itself
